Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. Training provided, located at 1860 W Winchester Road, Libertyville, IL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• 1 year of OP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior.
• Communicate progress to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress.
• Work 1:1 with children who have an autism diagnosis in home and center.
• Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA.

Position: Behavior Technician

Schedule: Monday - Friday (4 evenings till 6pm per week)

Compensation:$19.00 - $21.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.
