Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy in Chicago, IL is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to join our pediatric team. You will work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing ABA programs under the direction of a BCBA, with training provided.

Responsibilities include collecting data, documenting progress, and collaborating with parents and the multi-disciplinary team to support skill acquisition and goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Bachelor's degree.

Position: Behavior Technician

Location: 2400 N. Sheffield Ave, Chicago, IL 60614

Schedule: Monday 3pm-6pm / 3:30pm-5:30pm, Tuesday 3pm-6pm / 3:30pm-5:30pm, Wednesday 3pm-6pm, Thursday 3pm-5:30pm / 4pm-6pm and Friday 1pm-5pm/ 3pm-5pm

Compensation: $20.00-$22.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.
