Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy in Libertyville, IL is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision. Training is provided, and you’ll contribute to progressive skill development at our center and in clients' homes.

Requires a high school diploma/GED and CPR certification; 1 year of appropriate experience is preferred. Competitive hourly compensation and full-time benefits are offered.

Position: Behavior Technician

Location: 1860 W Winchester Road Suite 108 Libertyville IL 60048

Schedule: Monday - Friday (4 evenings till 6pm per week)

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.
