Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism. You will implement ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA, both at home and in our center in Naperville, IL. Training is provided and evenings may be required.

Join a collaborative pediatric team and contribute to data collection and progress reporting while supporting children as they acquire new skills and reach goals.

• Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis
• Implement ABA programs under supervision of a BCBA

Position: Behavior Technician

Location: Naperville, IL

Schedule: Monday - Friday some evenings till 7pm

Compensation:$19.00 - $22.00 /hr (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Thearpy is seeking a full timeBehavior Technician (BT) to joinour fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team.In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided.Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High school diploma or GED
• CPR certification

Perferred:

• Previous Therapy Experience
