Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy seeks a Full Time Behavior Technician to join a collaborative pediatric team in Lake Barrington, IL. You will work 1:1 with children who have autism, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision, with flexible evenings and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress reporting to families, and direct care in home and center settings. CPR certification and a High school diploma are required; training is provided.

• CPR certification required.

Position: Behavior Technician

Location: 22285 N Pepper Road Suite 301 Lake Barrington, IL 60010

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary/2-3 evening until 6pm)

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.
