Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy in North Aurora, IL seeks a Behavior Technician to join a pediatric team. You will work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing ABA programs under the direction of a BCBA. Training is provided.

Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals. A high school diploma or GED is required, CPR certification is required, and candidates pursuing an RBT or a Master’s in ABA are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Training provided for ABA implementation.
• Experience with autism and ABA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision.
• Work 1:1 with children in home and center settings.
• Collect and record data on observable client behavior.
• Communicate progress to parents and team.

Position: Behavior Technician

Location: North Aurora, IL

Schedule: Part Time Monday - Friday (hours vary) (2-3 evenings per week till 7pm)

Compensation: $19.00- $22.00/ hr (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.
