Job summary

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to join our team in South River, New Jersey. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to deliver evidence-based ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing behavioral treatment plans, collecting data, and communicating with families and team members to ensure successful outcomes.
