Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision. Location is Lake Barrington, IL, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 2–3 evenings, total hours vary.

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

Position: Behavior Technician

Location: 22285 N Pepper Road Suite 301 Lake Barrington, IL 60010

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary/2-3 evening until 6pm)

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Detail-Oriented: Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child's progress
• Personalized Treatment: Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center
• Specialized Programs: Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
