Job summary

Enspirit Healthcare seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver ABA services under weekly BCBA supervision. You will implement and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans, collect data, and support clients across sessions.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, HS diploma or GED, BACB RBT exam, and 1 year of relevant experience. Effective communication and teamwork are essential in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid license/insurance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with special needs.
• Pass BACB RBT exam.
• Background check successfully completed.
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services in individual and group sessions.
• Run skill acquisition programs using ABA.
• Collaborate with BCBA to implement treatment plans.
• Collect data and graph progress using software/Excel.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards.
• Attend workshops and maintain professional knowledge.
