Job summary

Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education seeks a Behavior Therapist to provide in-home ABA therapy. You will collect data, implement trials, and collaborate with a BCBA to teach skills using evidence-based methods.

You will work with families to reinforce goals, using positive reinforcement and consistent communication. Training is provided, and growth toward RBT/BCBA tracks is supported.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or College Degree.
• Experience: childcare, healthcare, or mental health preferred; training provided.
• Reliability: consistent and dependable for child’s success.
• Integrity: work in the child’s home with supervision as needed.
• Positive reinforcement and patience to support learning.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions.
• Conduct Direct Trials and Natural Environment Teaching per plan.
• Collaborate with a BCBA to apply ABA principles.
