Job summary

Pivotal Parenting Support is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, and community settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior plans and collect progress data.

The role emphasizes direct, compassionate care, collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, and opportunities for professional development and BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans.
• Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help individuals live better lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to ensure consistency in treatment.
• Potential for full-time hours.
