Job summary

Nurture & Nature ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in the Los Angeles area, across home, school, and community settings.

You will implement individualized programs, collect data, and support communication, social, and adaptive skills while maintaining BACB-aligned ethics and company policies; growth and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must hold a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a human services field or related area.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience under BCBA supervision.
• Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel within a 20-mile service radius and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized programs designed by a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies (DTT, NET, PRT, FCT) to promote skills.
• Collect accurate session data and monitor progress with supervisors.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to ensure consistency.
