Job summary

Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education is seeking a Behavior Therapist to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in the child's home and clinic settings. You will collect behavior data and implement teaching strategies under a BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or College Degree required or preferred.
• Experience in childcare, healthcare, or mental health is preferred, but training is provided.
• Dependability and reliability are crucial for the child's success.
• Integrity: work in the child's home without constant supervision.
• Positivity and patience with positive reinforcement and repetition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one in-clinic ABA therapy with children.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions.
• Conduct Discrete Trials and Natural Environment Teaching per the Behavior Support Plan.
• Collaborate with a BCBA to implement ABA principles and teaching procedures.
