Job summary

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Behavior Technician to work in-home with children ages 1–12 who have developmental delays and autism. You’ll implement ABA lesson plans, collect data, and work under BCBA supervision to ensure meaningful progress in real-life settings.

We offer flexible hours, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and tools reimbursement. A clear path for growth includes advancement to Trainer after six months.

Qualifications

• 60 college units with 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, or
• 60 college units including 12 related units and 6 months experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 6 months of experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in homes or schools using ABA lesson plans.
• Take notes and track progress to inform sessions and goals.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in daily routines.
• Drive to client homes in designated region; use company iPad for data.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR
• 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.

• You’re ages 21+ (our insurance says so)
• You have or are willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or are active military/military dependent), you're insured on an auto insurance policy, and you have a reliable vehicle

Compensation: Pay range represents a good‑faith estimate the Company reasonably expects to pay at time of hire. Based on position, employees may also be eligible for incentives, drive time pay, mileage reimbursement, overtime pay in accordance with state and federal laws, last minute cancellation pay, 401k benefits, health benefits, paid time off, holiday pay and paid sick leave in accordance with state and local laws.
