Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home or clinic settings in Rocklin, CA. You’ll help develop communication, social, and daily living skills through structured activities during 2–3 hour sessions.

Ideal candidates bring compassion, reliability, and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact. Training leading to RBT certification is provided, with support for ongoing supervision and growth within the program.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Preferred: Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field.
• Highly Preferred: RBT/BCAT/ABAT certifications or related ABA training certificates.

Responsabilités

• Delivering one‑on‑one behavior support through fun, individualized activities.
• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately.
• Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
