Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to join our 1:1 ABA therapy team. You will work with our BCBA supervisors delivering sessions in-home, at school, and in community settings, following established treatment plans and collecting progress data.

The role offers a flexible, part-time/per diem schedule with local travel, hands-on training, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Must pass background checks.

About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and motivated BT to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work closely with our experienced BCBA team to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering ABA therapy in a positive and engaging manner
• Following treatment plans designed by our supervising BCBA
• Collecting data and documenting client progress
• Creating a safe and engaging session environment
• Communicating effectively with families and supervisors
