Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to work with a BCBA and implement tailored ABA plans for children with autism and developmental challenges. You will teach essential life skills across home, school, and community settings, delivering one‑on‑one instruction and monitoring progress.

Responsibilities include data collection, applying ABA techniques, and collaborating with the BCBA to adjust strategies.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention strategies as outlined by the BCBA to support each client’s needs.
• Deliver one‑on‑one instruction using ABA methods such as discrete trial teaching and naturalistic approaches.
• Record and track data on client behavior and progress with accuracy.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, self‑care, and independent living skills.
• Foster a positive atmosphere to keep clients engaged.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review progress and adapt strategies.
• Maintain open communication with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Engage in ongoing professional training to enhance ABA expertise.
