Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking an Entry-Level Behavior Technician (ABA) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy across home, school, center, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and help children improve communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.

You will collect session data, document progress, and work closely with families and clinical supervisors to support treatment goals while upholding ethics and child-centered care.

Entry-Level Behavior Technician (ABA)

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism across home, school, center, and community settings. Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), delivering behavior support strategies and skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
