Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement personalized ABA plans across home, school, and community settings. You will support clients in learning essential life skills, monitor progress, and maintain detailed documentation.

You will engage families and caregivers, contribute to ongoing professional development, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters client autonomy and growth.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed instructions and document data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods.
• Record and document client behavior and progress.
• Support clients in building communication, social, self-care, and daily living skills.
• Create a positive learning environment and promote client engagement.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain clear communication with families, caregivers, and team members.
