Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in a center-based setting for children on the autism spectrum. You will work closely with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and collect progress data.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable communication with families, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided to support your success and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with children and parents.
• Confidentiality and HIPAA awareness.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication, documenting information accurately.
• Reliability with transportation to assigned work locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and others.
• Physically assist with activities during sessions (movement, lifting up to 25+ pounds) and keep pace with children aged 2–15.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
