Job summary

You will collaborate with a BCBA to implement personalized Behavior Intervention Plans across home, school and community settings, aiming to help clients reach meaningful skill development. Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA instruction, progress documentation, and supporting communication, social and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods.
• Record and document client behavior and progress.
• Support clients in building communication, social, self-care and daily living skills.
• Create a positive learning environment and promote client engagement.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain clear communication with families and team members.
• Participate in ongoing professional development in ABA practices.
