Job summary

United Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, with opportunities to become an RBT and pursue long-term clinical roles. Roles include in-home and center-based work with flexible scheduling and full-time or part-time options.

We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and supervision to help you grow, including structured pathways from BT to RBT and beyond. Competitive pay starts at $20–$23+ hourly, with benefits for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first months of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Long-term interest in growing within ABA, including BCBA goals.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
