Beachmont Behavioral Health, Inc invites caring professionals to join as a Behavior Technician. You will provide 1:1 ABA services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings under supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written behavior intervention plans.
• Capable of writing objective session notes and data reports.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement behavior support and skill acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data accurately during sessions.
• Communicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and supervisory staff.
• Participate in trainings and supervision sessions.
