Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health Inc. seeks a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision. You’ll implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and partner with families to support client goals.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; travel to client homes is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelors degree in related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Implements behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collects and records data during sessions accurately and promptly.
• Provides clear and respectful communication with caregivers, clients, and supervisory staff.
• Maintains safety and dignity of each client during service delivery.
