Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. You will implement individualized plans under the supervision of a BCBA and help clients progress toward goals with data-driven methods.

The role emphasizes mentorship, clear career pathways, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check and TB test

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings under supervision
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
• Collect and record data during sessions accurately and promptly
• Communicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and supervisory staff
• Participate in training, supervision meetings, and performance feedback sessions
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries per HIPAA
