Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services Inc. is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays in home, clinic, or school settings in Napa County. You will deliver play-based activities, track progress, and coordinate with families for updates.

Entry-level candidates are welcome, with paid training and RBT certification encouraged. Flexibility to work 2–3 hour sessions and a sign-on bonus offered in select counties.

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children
• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one behavior support through play-based activities
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect data on client progress accurately
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions
