Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to support BCBAs in center-based ABA therapy for children aged 2–15. You will deliver one-on-one interventions under supervision and help collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges, ASD, or related needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned centers.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other team members.
• Assist with physical activities to keep pace with energetic children.
