Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services to children from birth to age 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team to work 1-1 with clients under BCBA supervision.

BTs will collect data, support families, and help implement treatment plans in a fast-paced, collaborative setting designed to positively impact families and children with ASD.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions and adapt to children's movements.
