Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 behavioral interventions in a center-based setting, under the supervision of BCBA professionals. This role focuses on implementing treatment plans and collecting progress data for children from birth to 21 years with autism spectrum disorders.

The position offers potential for guaranteed hours, paid training, and competitive compensation, with opportunities for career growth and full- or part-time schedules in a supportive team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
