Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, providing one-to-one treatment under BCBA supervision for children aged 2–15. Roles focus on implementing behavioral plans, collecting progress data, and supporting families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with children or behavioral support is preferred.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA rules.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance essential.
• Strong communication with families and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and staff.
• Assist with activities that involve physical movement and safety of children.
