Job summary

Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to support a 9-year-old in in-home sessions in Sicklerville, New Jersey. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA plans, collect data, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

With a $18–$25 hourly rate, a $200 sign-on bonus, and ongoing guidance from experienced BCBAs, this full-time role emphasizes compassionate care, reliable transportation, and travel within the local area to provide consistent treatment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician- 9 year old boy

• Location: Sicklerville, New Jersey

• Job Type: Full time

• Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour

• Male provider only

Behavior Technician Key Responsibilities:
