Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children and adults with autism and related developmental differences, delivering one-on-one behavioral support in clients' homes and community settings.

You’ll implement treatment plans created by BCBAs, help clients enhance communication, social and daily living skills, and record progress during sessions while receiving ongoing BCBA guidance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Hourly Pay: $23-$25/Hr.

Qualifications

Required

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent

Plus One Of The Following

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field

OR

• At least one year of experience as a:
• Behavior Technician
• ABA Therapist
• Behavioral Interventionist
• Paraprofessional
• Child Development Professional
• Camp Counselor
• Similar child-focused role

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
• Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
• Paid training and ongoing support provided
