Overview

BILT, Inc. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians or Behaviorally Trained Staff members for the Lexington and Wilmington, MA areas. Our mission is to enrich the lives of people with disabilities through compassionate support, helping individuals achieve independence, community integration, and personal growth.

Position Details
  • Full-time hours in Lexington and Wilmington, MA
  • Pay range: $28.00/hr - $34.00/hr, based on education and experience
  • RBT certification is a plus
  • Opportunities for career progression and supervision hours for RBTs or internships
Responsibilities
  1. Skill building of ADLs and IADLs
  2. In-home direct care for individuals with intellectual disabilities
  3. Community-based skill building
  4. Providing respite care to guardians
  5. Maintaining professional relationships with families and positive rapport with individuals
  6. Driving clients as needed
