About the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position

We are looking for high-quality RBTs to provide in-home ABA services to our clients in a professional and compassionate manner.

The ideal candidate will be dependable and courteous with outstanding communication skills. You should be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Eleos ABA provides extensive training on behavior tracking software, ABA concepts, implementation of individualized plans, BCBA mentorship, and ongoing training.

RBT Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one therapy setting, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
• Collaborate, communicate, and assist with caregiver training.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Attend trainings to acquire further knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 10 years old; experience as a therapist/RBT preferred.
• If not already credentialed as an RBT with BACB, Eleos ABA will provide training and experience necessary to obtain certification.
• Access to transportation and punctuality for appointments.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

• Energetic and able to lift 20 lbs.
