We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians or Behaviorally Trained Staff members for the Lexington and Wilmington, MA areas.
Bridging Independent Living Together, Inc. (BILT, Inc.) is dedicated to enriching the lives of people with disabilities through compassionate support. Our mission is to bridge the gap of care to enhance independence, maximize capabilities, and promote community inclusion by assisting with housing, socialization, learning, employment, and recreational activities.
As a small non-profit organization, we work in homes and communities with individuals aged 3 to 65 with varying disabilities. Our work ranges from teaching job skills and providing recreational outings to offering respite care and mentorship. We turn 'impossible' into 'possible'.
We seek passionate, motivated, and self-initiating team members committed to providing quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Pay is based on education and experience, with RBT certification being a plus. Opportunities for advancement and supervision hours for RBTs or internships are available.
Full-time hours are required in the Lexington and Wilmington areas.
