Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs in school settings.

You will work one-on-one, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help students meet IEP goals. We offer paid training, professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of SESI's national network of schools and classrooms.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to support students with intensive behavioral needs.
• Experience in educational settings implementing behavioral interventions is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with school staff and families.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing and monitoring individualized behavior support plans.
• Provide one-on-one support to assigned student to meet IEP goals.
• Record data on student behavior, progress, and incidents.
• Utilize de-escalation strategies and safety procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan delivery.
• Support students with personal care needs as required.
• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff.
