Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is hiring a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support K-12 students with intensive behavioral needs in in-district classrooms or standalone schools.

You will work one-on-one with students, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet IEP goals. This role emphasizes de-escalation, safety, and data tracking, with paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in educational settings with behavioral interventions preferred.
• Must be 19 or older to be a paraprofessional.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned student one-on-one according to IEP.
• Implement behavior support plans and track data.
• Use de-escalation techniques and ensure student safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic guidance.
