Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in in-home and clinic settings. No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided, with a focus on building communication, social, and daily living skills through ABA.

Part-time role in Vista, CA, offering paid training, travel between client locations, and strong support from supervisors. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma and may include college coursework or degrees, with bilingual

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay & Schedule

• $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
