Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center seeks dedicated professionals to join our growing team and deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings.

No ABA experience required— we provide comprehensive paid training, hands-on guidance, and BCBA-backed support to help you build the needed skills. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, or related field preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass TB testing, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by clinical supervisors.
• Accurately collect, record, and maintain data on client progress.
• Support treatment goals across home, school, and community environments.
• Assist in implementing programs designed for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards.
