Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated Behavior Interventionists to deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will work directly with clients to build communication, social, and self-help skills under clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA or related field preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass TB test.
• Criminal background check and fingerprint clearance required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
