Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring for a Behavior Interventionist to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, collect data, and support progress toward each client’s goals in a compassionate, ethical, and professional manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in ABA/Psychology/Child Development or related field preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass TB test, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by clinical supervisors
• Accurately collect, record, and maintain data on client progress
• Support treatment goals across home, school, and community environments
• Assist in implementing programs designed for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards
