Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated professionals to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in various settings, including home, school, and community. Under supervision, you will implement individualized plans, track progress, and support clients in achieving targeted skills.

We value bilingual candidates, especially English/Spanish speakers, and provide paid training, RBT certification support, and growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education or related field preferred.
• Ability to pass TB testing, background check, and fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect, record, and maintain data on client progress.
• Support treatment goals across home, school, and community settings.
• Assist in programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
