Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, or related field preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass TB testing, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by clinical supervisors.
• Accurately collect, record, and maintain data on client progress.
• Support treatment goals across home, school, and community environments.
• Assist in implementing programs designed for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

We offer comprehensive paid training, hands‑on guidance, and ongoing support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help you build the skills you need to succeed. Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Overview

The Behavior Interventionist is responsible for delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. Under the supervision of experienced clinical staff, the Behavior Interventionist implements individualized treatment plans, supports skill development, and contributes to the overall success of each client’s program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by clinical supervisors
• Accurately collect, record, and maintain data on client progress
• Support treatment goals across home, school, and community environments
• Assist in implementing programs designed for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Compensation

• $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education
