Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center in Los Angeles County is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to deliver ABA services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings.

You will work one-on-one, implement plans, collect data, support treatment programs, and help ASD-related goals while being guided by a team of experienced BCBAs. No ABA experience required; paid training provided. Spanish candidates are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma – REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred but not required)
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass the TB test
• Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance
• Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
