Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based work in California. Training is provided, no ABA experience required, with pay ranging from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.

This is a part-time role with mornings, afternoons, and early evenings available. Role involves 1:1 work with children using ABA, traveling to client homes within a 20–40 mile radius, and collaborating with families and supervisors to support progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma + one of the following:
• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
