Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Norwalk, CA is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through ABA in home and clinic settings. No ABA experience is required; paid training is provided to help you develop essential skills.

You'll work 1:1 with children, help build communication and daily living skills, travel to client locations, and collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure steady progress. Flexible part-time schedule available.

Pay & Schedule

• $19.25 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
