Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. Paid training provided; no ABA experience required. Part-time roles with a flexible schedule across mornings, afternoons, and early evenings.

You will travel to client homes within a 20–40 mile radius, assist with communication and daily living skills, and collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure steady progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college enrollment or degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation with valid license, registration and insurance.
• Willingness to travel locally (20–40 miles radius).
• Interest in working with children; ABA experience is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma required, with a preference if you are currently enrolled in college, have attended or have already graduated from college
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
