Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians for in-home and clinic-based ABA support in Riverview, California. This part-time role offers paid training and flexible scheduling to accommodate mornings, afternoons, and early evenings.

You will work 1:1 with children, helping them develop communication, social, and daily living skills, traveling to client locations within a 20–40 mile radius. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required.

• Passion for working with children; experience preferred.

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma required, with a preference if you are currently enrolled in college, have attended or have already graduated from college
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
  Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
