Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists to support children with autism in in-home and clinic settings.

No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided, and you’ll enjoy a flexible part-time schedule with mornings, afternoons, and early evenings. You will receive paid training, travel time and mileage reimbursement, supervision, education reimbursement, and company-sponsored benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with one of the following options: college coursework, currently enrolled, or an associate/bachelor's degree.
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling locally (20–40 miles radius).
• Bilingual skills are a plus and helpful in family interactions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $19.25 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
