Job summary

Intercare Therapy in California is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based roles. No ABA experience is required; paid training is provided to help you start making a meaningful difference with children on the autism spectrum.

You will work 1:1 with children, help them build communication, social, and daily living skills, and travel to client homes within a 20–40 mile radius.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with additional college coursework or enrollment preferred.
• Colleges courses or degrees (associates/bachelors) are acceptable to meet requirements.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus and travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.

Pay & Schedule

• $20.25 to $26.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
